2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17539 of 2021 on 16.11.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Monday of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 14/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
