ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the fifth respondent not to harass her under the guise of enquiry on the alleged complaint given by the sixth respondent.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the complaint lodged by the sixth respondent is false and the fifth respondent is forcing the petitioner to settle the dispute with the sixth respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that a CSR is pending on the complaint given by the sixth respondent and the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

4. It is needless to say that under the guise of enquiry, the fifth respondent cannot force the petitioner for any settlement. The respondents 1 to 5 shall conduct the enquiry in a fair manner and take a decision within a period 2/4

of two (2) weeks from today. If the petitioner's presence is required for enquiry, the respondent Police shall issue summons to her.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
