This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in E.P.No.77 of 2024 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town in RCOP.No.49 of 2016 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, Madurai District, dated 24.07.2025.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that he has vacated the premises, and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the possession has been handed over to the respondent. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
