The petitioner seeks a survey of the land described in the writ petition.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4, submits that the survey has been scheduled on 15.09.2025. In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. It is, however, necessary to record that such survey should be conducted after putting any rival claimants, including the sixth and seventh respondents, and the owners of neighboring lands on notice. 2/4
