Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned attachment notice issue in Form No.8 & 9 vide CEP No.1/14-15 dated 17.08.2022 by the second respondent and the consequential impugned auction notice published in Dhinagaran Newspaper, dated 08.09.2022 by the fourth respondent and quash the same so far as against the petitioner's property is concerned and consequently forbearing the respondents from interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's properties in survey Nos.556/7B, 740/2A1, 488/1(Part) & 741/2B and the house property in Door Nos.5/621 to 6/625 & 6/88 situated at Thennampatti Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned attachment notice issue in Form No.8 & 9 vide CEP No.1/14-15 dated 17.08.2022 by the second respondent and the consequential impugned auction notice published in Dhinagaran Newspaper, dated 08.09.2022 by the fourth respondent and quash the same so far as against the petitioner's property is concerned and consequently forbearing the respondents from interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's properties in survey Nos. 2/5
