Though this Writ Petition has been filed challenging the award passed in E.C.No.73 of 2023, Mr.M.Ajmalkhan, learned Additional Advocate General fairly submitted that there is no primary liability that is fixed on the petitioners herein and therefore, there is no necessity to file the present Writ Petition, challenging the impugned award.

2. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is closed as unnecessary. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
