ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants free electricity service connection for the petition mentioned agricultural land. The petitioner has to enclose no objection certificate from the jurisdictional Tahsildar in support of his application. The petitioner has already made a request in this regard to the second respondent.

3.The second respondent shall consider the same and dispose of the petitioner's application on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will intimate the decision taken by him to the writ petitioner. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
