PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to conduct survey, measure and fix boundaries of S.No.873/3 ad measuring 0.64 Ares at Athinarayanapuram Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, based on his online application dated 09.09.2022. With a grievance that the petitioner's application, dated 1/4

09.09.2022 for survey of her land has not been considered by the respondents, she has filed this writ petition. 2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that when the respondents attempted to conduct the survey, the petitioner was not available. Therefore, they are intending to conduct the survey once again on 07.09.2023.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to conduct the survey in the presence of the petitioner and the petitioner is also directed to be present on 07.09.2023 at the time of survey. No costs.
