ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the year 2018 for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2018 to rectify the lapse in the marks statement of M.B.A. Degree.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2020 was considered and rejected by the 3rd respondent by his letter dated 24.09.2020. A copy of the said letter has been produced before this Court. 2/4

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the letter sent by the 3rd respondent dated 24.09.2020 in the manner known to law. No costs. 28.11.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
