ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action on the complaints given by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.134 / 2022 before the second respondent Police and the same was closed on 03.07.2022.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 28.11.2024 Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/4
