ORDER

The petitioner is one of the male descendents of the Waqif and as such he is an interested person. Aggrieved over the irregularities and illegalities in the management of the Waqf in question, he filed a petition before the first respondent for setting right the maladministration. The said representation dated 27.08.2019 is pending. Hence, he seeks disposal of the same at the earliest.

W.P(MD)No.22067 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits, a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice of hearing to the second respondent.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.18835 of 2019 is closed.
