When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent University submits that she has received written instructions from the respondent University stating that 2/4

the impugned notification dated 08.07.2018, Corrigendum I, dated 17.07.2018 and Corrigendum II, un-dated have not been acted upon and no post has been filled up by the respondent University, pursuant to the impugned notifications.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition, in view of the fact that the petitioner in this writ petition has challenged only the aforesaid impugned notifications. After recording the written instructions dated 10.10.2024 received by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent University that the impugned notifications have not been acted upon, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
