RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7689 of 2021 IN Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9660 of 2021 dated 22/10/2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.MP(MD)No.7689 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9660 of 2021 on 22.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.7689 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9660 of 2021 on 22.10.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the second petitioner is having two previous cases and the fourth petitioner is having four previous cases.

CRL MP(MD) No.11116 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.7689 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9660 of 2021 on 22.10.2021 is relaxed insofar as the petitioners 1 & 3 is concerned and the petitioners 1 & 3 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and insofar as the petitioners 2 & 4 is concerned they appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
