ORDER

Contending that the order dated 27.02.2025 made in WP(MD)No.5177 of 2025 has not been complied with, this present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel submitted that survey was also conducted and that as many as six encroachments were identified. Notice under Section 7 of the Act was issued on 07.08.2025 and we are satisfied that eviction process has been properly initiated. If the process is not concluded within the reasonable period and the encroachments are not cleared, it is always open to the petitioner to revive this contempt petition.

3.This contempt petition stands closed.
