ORDER

By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse the petitioner's retirement benefits in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.9639 of 2015 by considering the Petitioner`s representation dated 27.06.25.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is a retired writer from the 4th respondent Society. Though he was allowed to retire, his gratuity and provident fund amount were not sanctioned. Therefore, he made a representation to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader.

Considering the limited scope of the matter, without adverting to the merits or the contentions made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
