ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to survey the property situated in Town Survey No.408/1 in Adiyanoothu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his representation dated 30.07.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing
for the fourth respondent.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. According to the petitioner, the subject property originally belonged to the petitioner's father-in-law Arabu Sahib and after his death, the property was inherited by his only son the petitioner's husband, Jafer Sahib and he died on 03.01.2025. After his death, the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. The TSLR of the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner's husband. She submitted an application on 23.07.2025 seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, a written representation was submitted on 30.07.2025 before the official respondents and the same also has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner failed
to submit any online application. Hence, his request has not been considered.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit proper online application seeking survey of the subject property and produce acknowledgement before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of such acknowledgement, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
