ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Second Respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.909 of 2015 and file a final report early.

2.When the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that in this case the petitioner had not furnished any document and the accused is absconding.

4.In view of the above, the Petitioner, who is the defacto complainant, is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation as per the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. On such furnishing of the relevant document by the petitioner, the Investigation Officer is directed to complete the investigation within a reasonable period. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
