ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of her property situated in S.No.68/32B in Patta No. 1294, situated at Kamalapuram Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering her application dated 25.06.2025.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Sankarapandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by the petitioner on 03.08.2021 and the patta for the same stands in her name in patta No.1294. The petitioner submitted an application on 08.05.2025 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been

considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit the four boundaries of the properties are not mentioned in the sale deed in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, there is some difficulty in surveying the property.
