2. The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai sent a letter, dated 31.01.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.25 of 2020 pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 13.09.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.25 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
