ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to return the original documents Ex.B.1 to Ex.B.4 produced by the petitioner during the trial.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. No representation for the sixth respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up earlier, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested time for production of registration copies of the original documents. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is producing the registration copy of Ex.B.1 and is restricting his prayer with respect to Ex.B.2 to Ex.B.4.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that they are not having any objections.

5. Considering the above, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to return the original Ex.B.1 by substituting the registration or certified copy on getting proper acknowledgement from the counsel on record.
