ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2025 in connection with the land situated in S.No.661/4 situated in Keelapaguthi Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District.
2. Heard the arguments of Ms.N.Juliet Latha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, the subject property in Old Survey No.87/1 and new Survey No.661/4 in Keelapaguthi Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District originally belonged to the petitioner's paternal grandfather Mohamed Ibrahim. The petitioner's paternal grandfather and his father are no more. The petitioner and other legal representatives are entitled to the property. However, the revenue records are mutated wrongly in favour of the fifth respondent behind the back of the petitioner and other legal heirs. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the official respondents on 27.07.2025 seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of the fifth respondent and restoration of the patta in the name of the petitioner and the other legal heirs. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5.The learned learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation submitted by
the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, other legal heirs of the petitioner's paternal grandfather, Mohamed Ibrahim, and the fifth respondent.
