ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction upon the fourth respondent to take action to remove the encroachment alleged to have been caused by the respondents 5 to 14.
2. Though notice was ordered in the year 2018, till now, the petitioner has not taken steps to serve the private respondents. Furthermore, it is not known as to what is the present situation.
3. Therefore, we dispose of this writ petition, by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with adequate document and photographs and if such representation is filed before the third respondent, the same shall be taken on file and consider the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.
