COMMON ORDER There is no representation for the petitioners. 2.W.P.(MD)Nos.22092, 22104 & 22015 of 2018 have been filed challenging the impugned tentative provisional selection list for recruitment to the post of Special Teacher [Physical Education] dated 12.10.2018 and W.P.(MD)Nos.22111 & 22112 of 2018 have been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to select the petitioners as the Special Teacher (Drawing Teacher) in pursuant to the certificate verification, held on 13.08.2018, on the direct recruitment of the Special Teachers (2012-2016), by disposing their representation dated 15.10.2018.

3.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that subsequent to the issuance of tentative provisional selection list, additional provisional selection list was published on 27.03.2025. He would submit that the petitioners have not challenged the said additional provisional selection list dated 27.03.2025. He would also submit that the respective petitioners do not fall under the zone of 9/12

consideration under the BC category and therefore, they have been rightly excluded in the selection list.

4.Since there is no representation on the side of the petitioners and since these Writ Petitions are of the year 2018, it can now be inferred that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting these Writ Petitions.
