Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to transfer the investigation in Crime No.190 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent for proper and fair investigation. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.190 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent for proper and fair investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that investigation is still pending and some of the witnesses have been examined in this case. Hence the transfer of investigation will affect the entire investigation.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is directed to produce relevant records and photos regarding the accident committed by the accused to the second respondent and the second respondent on receipt of the same is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14839 of 2019 directed to complete the investigation and final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of records and photos from the petitioner. Further the first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent and ensure that the second respondent shall complete the investigation as stipulated by this Court.
