ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider and take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2023 in a proper manner.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that after the Writ Petition was filed, the officials had inspected the common pathway in T.S.No.165 and had found that there are no encroachments in the common pathway.

3. As such, no orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition, since the grievance of the petitioner is that there are encroachments in T.S.No.165. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
