Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the revocation / cancellation of gift deed bearing Doc. No. 2787 of 2013 dated 07.06.2013 registered by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same as illegal, void and against the provisions of the Registration Act and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to make necessary entries in the books.
