2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 15.10.2019 after issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 6 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
