RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the judgment made in CA No.103 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, (FTC), Kumbakonam dated 19.08.2019 confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Kumbakonam made in STC No.2898 of 2008.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.GUHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.A.THIRUVADIKUMAR, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that this Court granted suspension of sentence on 24.10.2019 with certain conditions as such one of the condition is that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) within a period of six weeks. But the petitioner has not comply with the condition till date.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has not disputed the above fact.

3.Hence, suspension of sentence granted by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9192 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.797 of 2019 is dismissed.
