This criminal original petition has been filed seeking relief to quash the First Information Report in respect of Crime No.09 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent Police, as far as the petitioner herein is concerned. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in respect of Crime No.09 of 2018, the first respondent herein had completed the investigation and filed a final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the same was assigned with case number as C.C.No.342 of 2020.
