ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10867 of 2025, dated 11.07.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10867 of 2025, dated 11.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
