Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner alleges that encroachment have been committed on the petition mentioned water bodies. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions from the Tahsildar, Ottapidaram confirms that even though two surveys were conducted, they did not reveal any existence of any encroachment.

3. Recording the stand of the respondents, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
