ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order, dated 24.09.2018 made in I.A.No.377 of 2018 in O.S.No.83 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Theni.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reported "no instructions" on 10.04.2019. This Court verified the E-Court status in respect of the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2018 and the same has already been 2/4

disposed of on 01.03.2020 as dismissed for default.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents also fairly conceded the same and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

4. Considering the fact that the suit has been only dismissed for default, this Court deem it appropriate to give liberty to the petitioners to reopen the Civil Revision Petition if that suit is ordered to be restored in future.

5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with the observation as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 13.09.2023 Index :
