This Writ Petition is disposed of without making any observation on the merits of the case after recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 that the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2018 will be considered and disposed of by the second respondent within a period of six weeks from today. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's above said representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state the private respondents to this Writ Petition shall also be put to notice by the second respondent before final orders are passed on the petitioner's representation. No costs.
