ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's appeal application dated 13.09.2021 and conclude the same within the stipulated time.
2. This Court without going into merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal and pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, the first respondent has already considered and passed orders, the same shall be served to the petitioner at the earliest.
