[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenging the impugned sale notice dated 22.09.2022 issued by the 1st respondent, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank submitted that this Writ Petition has become infructuous, as the sale has not taken place as scheduled by the 1st respondent - Bank.
