When the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court came to know that this petition is filed to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.

116 of 2023 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Thuraiyur and transfer the same to the file of Principal Sub Court, Lalgudi, which is within the jurisdiction of Triuchirappalli District.

2. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy, for the above said relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
