ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents. Considering the nature of the relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner got married to one Murugesan on 24.08.2020. The matrimonial life has come under strain. The petitioner has given a matrimonial complaint on 15.11.2021. W.P(MD)No.21903 of 2021 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that CSR has already been issued and that enquiry will be concluded within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of enquiry, cognizable offences are made out, the second respondent will not hesitate to register an FIR and take action as per law.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
