This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 26.06.2018 made in Cr.M.P.No.3453 of 2018 in C.C.No.351 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court and Magisterial Level at Karur and to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, and Magisterial Level at Karur to recall P.W.2 for purpose of re-examination.

2.Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trial in C.C.No.351 of 2014 has been completed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed.
