ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct further investigation based on the petitioner's complaints dated 01.07.2023 and 20.08.2024 and take appropriate action within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner earlier, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.1031 of 2023 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that the petitioner has given another complaint and it is pending.

3.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondent shown in the petitioner's complaint, conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
