ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents herein to furnish a copy of the Look Out Notice to the petitioner in connection with the Crime No.4 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd Respondent police on the basis of this representation dated 11.10.2019

2. It is seen that as against the complaint lodged by the wife of the petitioner a case came to be registered in Crime No. 4 of 2019 for offence under Section 498(A) of IPC against the petitioner and as such he could be able to fly abroad. Hence the petitioner sought for a direction to issue a copy of the look out notice issued, so that he can challenge the same before the competent court in the manner known to law.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to issue a copy of look out notice issued to the petitioner pursuant to the Crime No. 04 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
