2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection for withdrawal of the 50% of the award amount by the claimant.

3. Since, there is no objection on the side of the respondents to withdraw the 50% of the award amount by the claimant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
