2.The petitioner was granted bail by the learned Principal District Sessions Court, Sivagangai, subject to certain conditions. Questioning the same, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3. If the petitioner has any difficulty, the petitioner could have as well filed an application for relaxation before the very same learned Judge. Instead he had chosen to move this Court directly. I am of the view that no case has been made out for interference. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move the very same learned Judge for relaxation.

4.With this liberty to the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
