ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation 01.09.2022.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the lands belong to him and his father were registered fraudulently by the respondents 3 and 4 and hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent authorities to initiate action. However, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

3. The very Section 77(A) inserted under Registration Act has been struck down by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.10291 of 2022 etc. batch. Hence, the writ petition itself is misconceived. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
