ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 IPC, in Crime No.700 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is seen from the FIR, the alleged offences are bailable in nature. Since, the offences are bailable, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. He can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
