ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that the property tax has been collected excessively from this petitioner for the years 2015 to 2020 and his request to adjust the excess payment to the subsequent years has not been considered, has filed this writ petition.
2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that if the petitioners produces the relevant documents, it would be considered within a stipulated time.
3.This Court has considered the rival submissions and perused the materials placed on record.
4.The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 13.10.2022 requesting the respondents to adjust property tax paid in excess, in the subsequent years. It has not been considered so far.

5.The respondents shall take a decision on merits on the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to produce the documents in his favour to the respondents.
6.This writ petition is allowed with the above direction. No costs.
