Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is a juvenile. Therefore, he has to be produced before the Juvenile Justice Board. The request of the petitioner is that his bail application should be disposed of on the same day of surrender. In such matters, the bail petitions are not taken up for disposal on the same day, because a report from the probationary officer is called for and that may take a few days. The petitioner shall surrender before the jurisdictional Juvenile Justice Board on 22.12.2021. The jurisdictional Juvenile Justice Board will obtain the report from the concerned probationary officer well in advance. The petitioner's bail petition shall be disposed of on the same day of surrender. The petitioner undertakes to comply with the requirements set out in Section 15(A) of SC/ST (POA) Act.
