This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer enquiry of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2019 from the third respondent to the second respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 13.10.2019, the third respondent registered a case in Crime No.345 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 342, 323, 506(ii) & 366 IPC.
