ORDER
Seeking to modify the condition No.5 (ii) imposed by the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, 1/4
Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.97 of 2025, dated 15.05.2025, this Criminal Revision case is filed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not able to arrange surety bond for a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs only) and he is finding it very difficult to turn up securities.
3. Considering the genuineness of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said condition is modified, directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) with two sureties each for a like sum. The petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs and give the copies of their Aadhaar card while executing sureties.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision case is allowed. No costs. 19.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Sml 2/4
