ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.08.2024 passed in W.P.(MD)No.19363 of 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, submits that a writ appeal in WA(MD)No.1582 of 2024 has been preferred by the third respondent in the writ petition, against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.19363 of 2018 dated 02.08.2024 and an order of interim stay was also granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the said writ appeal and it is pending. Hence, the present Contempt Petition stands closed. 19.03.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No sm 2/4
