ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, to issue a direction to withdraw the case in Crime No.209 of 2023, dated 10.04.2023 on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to any other competent officer for an investigation within time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2. In pursuance of the direction of this Court Thiru.G.K.Raju, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thiruvidaimaruthur Sub Division, Thanjavur, is present before this Court and he would submit that he has joined duty ten days before.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that they have examined seven witnesses and the investigation is completed; that the charge sheet is made ready and that they are going to file a charge sheet shortly.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
